Classes are designed to suit the individual with a focus on health and well-being. Each week a new topic is discussed to maximise the benefits of yoga addressing key issues of common concern in modern society, including yoga for arthritis, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. Enjoy the benefits of movement, strength, stretch and flexibility and relaxation techniques taught in each class.

Immerse yourself in Yoga with a 150 minute practise incorporating asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, chanting, bundha and mudra. Each month a new area of study including Philosophy and culture, history and origin, branches and styles of yoga , anatomy and physiology plus the benefits of yoga are taught. Come along and enjoy!
